Minnesota Non-Emergency Transportation (MNet)
What they do
Mileage & Ancillary Services – a program which allows eligible people to get themselves to their medical appointments by car.
MNet pays for mileage, meals, lodging and parking within certain specified guidelines.
Who is eligible
- MHCP (MN Health Care Plan) recipients who have a car and can drive themselves to approved medical appointments.
- Friends, neighbors or relatives of MHCP recipients who have a car and are willing to drive the recipient to approved medical appointments.
- Parents who drive dependents who are MHCP recipients to approved medical appointments.
- Licensed foster parents who drive dependents who are MHCP recipients to approved medical appointments.
- PCA drivers who are registered with DHS and who drive MHCP recipients to approved medical appointments.
