Minnesota Non-Emergency Transportation (MNet)

What they do

Mileage & Ancillary Services – a program which allows eligible people to get themselves to their medical appointments by car.
MNet pays for mileage, meals, lodging and parking within certain specified guidelines.

Who is eligible

  1. MHCP (MN Health Care Plan) recipients who have a car and can drive themselves to approved medical appointments.
  2. Friends, neighbors or relatives of MHCP recipients who have a car and are willing to drive the recipient to approved medical appointments.
  3. Parents who drive dependents who are MHCP recipients to approved medical appointments.
  4. Licensed foster parents who drive dependents who are MHCP recipients to approved medical appointments.
  5. PCA drivers who are registered with DHS and who drive MHCP recipients to approved medical appointments.
