PCA Committee Objectives
- Increase the availability of quality Personal Care Assistants for persons with physical disabilities.
- Develop incentives to encourage employment as a Personal Care Assistant for persons with physical disabilities.
- Increase the satisfaction of both recipients and Personal Care Assistants.
- Advocate for recipient choice and flexibility in PCA services.
- Create public awareness of the personal care needs of persons with disabilities and the employment crisis of the PCA industry.
- Actively advise or assist PEP in maintaining its vision and integrity.
